Each week, as a subscriber, you will receive a variety of vegetables and herbs grown on our farm with no synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.
We recommend a full share for a family of 4 while a half share is ideal for 1-2 people who eat together.
Vegetables are harvested on the day you receive them for optimal freshness and great taste.
We grow a wide variety of vegetables but if you don't see your favorites and subscribe early enough we will consider adding it to our planting plans.
Our planting list for Spring 2014 is:
arugula, beets, butternut squash, cabbage (red and green), carrots, slicing cucumbers, d'avignon radishes, daikon, eggplant (Asian and Italian), Florence fennel, French sorrel, garlic, green beans, green meat raddish, green onions, hon tsai tai, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce (various types), mesclun mix, mizuna, napa cabbage, new potatoes, oasis turnips, onions, pan di Zucchero chicory, radicchio, red round turnip, rutabaga, shallots, snow peas, snow crown cauliflower, southern curled mustard, sugar snap peas, summer squash, Swiss chard, tatsoi, tomatoes (various types), zucchini. *Plus whatever takes our fancy in the new seed catalogs.
Our spring season is planned for 20 weeks from May 20th/23rd to September 30th/October 3rd.
Our fall season is planned for 8 weeks from October 7th/10th to November 25th/28th.
