
Each week, as a subscriber, you will receive a variety of vegetables and herbs grown on our farm with no synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.
We recommend a full share for a family of 4 while a half share is ideal for 1-2 people who eat together.
Vegetables are harvested on the day you receive them for optimal freshness and great taste.
We grow a wide variety of vegetables but if you don't see your favorites and subscribe early enough we will consider adding it to our planting plans.
Our planting list for spring/summer 2012 is:
arugula, mizuna, beets, green beans, cucumbers, snow peas, tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, pimento peppers, eggplant, green onions, broccoli rabe, okra, d'avignon radishes, carrots, red cabbage, green cabbage, kohlrabi, lettuce (various types), mesclun mix, white oasis turnips, kale, zucchini, swiss chard, summer squash, butternut squash, sweet onions, garlic, tomatillos, sorrel, napa cabbage, pan di Zucchero Chicory.
Herbs include chives, basil, lemon basil, sage, thyme, cilantro, lemon balm, garlic chives, parsley and oregano.
Our spring/summer season is planned for 20 weeks from May 22nd/25th to October 2nd/5th.
Our fall season is planned for 8 weeks from October 9th/12th to November 27th/30th.
