Each week, as a subscriber, you will receive a variety of vegetables and herbs grown on our farm with no synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides.
We recommend a full share for a family of 4 while a half share is ideal for 1-2 people who eat together.
Vegetables are harvested on the day you receive them for optimal freshness and great taste.
We grow a wide variety of vegetables but if you don't see your favorites and subscribe early enough we will consider adding it to our planting plans.
Our planting list for 2013 is:
arugula, artichokes*, bell peppers, beets, butternut squash, cabbage (red and green), carrots, celeriac*, cucumbers, d'avignon radishes, daikon, Florence fennel, French sorrel, garlic, green beans, green onions, hakurei turnips, hon tsai tai, jalapeno peppers, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce (various types), mesclun mix, mizuna, napa cabbage, new potatoes, pan di Zucchero chicory, radicchio, shallots*, snow peas, southern curled mustard, summer squash (various types), Swiss chard, tatsoi, tomatoes (various sizes and colours), zucchini. *New this year.
Our spring season is planned for 20 weeks from May 21st/24th to October 1st/4th.
Our fall season is planned for 8 weeks from October 8th/11th to November 26th/29th.
