Braised Greens

This is a very basic recipe, but it is quick to make and adaptable. It works well with the bok choi, tat soi or any mixed greens such as radish leaves, beet greens, turnip greens, chard, kale, collards. You can add garlic or hot pepper flakes to change up the flavor.
