For the Salsa
For the Vinaigrette
salt and pepper
Finely dice the peppers (and tomatoes or radishes if using). Finely chop the onion greens and herbs and add to peppers.
Dress with just enough simple vinaigrette to moisten.
To make the vinaigrette, combine equal amounts of olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a dash of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
