Radishes with Pasta and Radish Greens
radishes, sliced with tops
1 medium onion, chopped
freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Wash, trim and slice the radishes.
Saute the onions until just softened, add the sliced radishes and radish greens. Continue to cook until radishes turn translucent and greens are wilted.
Toss in drained, cooked pasta and top with grated Parmesan or Romano cheese. Serve immediately or when cooled.
